Beware of malware stealing login credentials saved in internet browsers
We are aware of malware stealing user IDs and passwords saved in browsers. Stay vigilant against malicious emails that can infect devices with malware. Keep software and security patches up-to-date. Never disclose your passwords and OTP details to others.
         

Please note that disease notification via the NRDO website will cease with effect from 1st September 2026. 

Alternative modes for disease notification are:

  1. Health Professional Portal via Nurses’ login and Doctors’ login
  2. Encrypted file submission via email to HPB_nrdo_notification@hpb.gov.sg
  3. Highway for uploading case files. Please contact us at HPB_nrdo_notification@hpb.gov.sg for the submission URL to upload the notification files via the Highway Portal
